The Momentum Golf Performance Program is a golf-focused fitness program, developed by Bill Jones, MS, PT and Lance Kelly, MPT, ATC, of Momentum Physical Therapy & Sports Enhancement. Within weeks participants can double their strength, triple their flexibility and add 20 yards to their driving distance while using the same equipment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Momentum Golf Performance Program is 45-50 minutes of golf-specific training that targets the goals of any serious golfer. You will experience more distance off the tee, gain more consistency through 18 holes, create staying power for finishing holes, add power behind the ball and ultimately shave strokes from your scores.

2. Will the Momentum Golf Performance Program correct my slice or hook?
The Momentum Golf Performance Program is designed to enhance the muscles that are used in golf; it is not a cure for bad swing mechanics. Participants inquiring about their overall swing mechanics are referred to their local teaching professional.
3. What ages can participate?
The Momentum Golf Performance Program is designed for all golfers of both genders, ages 10 and older. Participants of all fitness levels and skill levels are instructed and welcome.
4. Is The Momentum Golf Performance Program for off season only?
Absolutely not! The Momentum Golf Performance Program is designed as a year-round training system. It’s important to maintain peak condition in order maintain peak performance on the course.
5. What results can one expect from The Momentum Golf Performance Program?
Some have doubled their strength, tripled their flexibility and have seen up to 20 additional yards off the tee. Athletes that have had shoulder, back and neck problems in the past lowered their risk of injury and had little if any pain in these areas after six months of Golf Performance training.
